Add one sachet of OPTIFAST VLCD Soup to 200-250ml of hot water and stir vigorously. For best results, let sit for 1-2 minutes before consuming. Do Not Boil. All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
